Sujata Jolly is founder and medical director at Clinogen Limited. She graduated in medical sciences and later specialised in dermatology.

Sujata has over 30 years experience in the healthcare and aesthetics industries and is renowned for being on the cutting edge of R&D.


KEY DEVELOPMENTS

Her key developments include the launch of Oxypeel in 1982 – an oxygen therapy to treat skin problems, bringing the art of semi-permanent make-up to the UK, Epil-Pro in 1996 – a non-invasive hair removal system using sound technology and 2001 saw the launch of Youki The Wound Healer – a revolutionary advanced wound healing system which looks set to dramatically reduce healing time whilst also delivering significant cost savings.


EXPERTISE

Sujata is well known in the industry for her expertise skin disorders and plays and active role on the lecture circuit. She works closely with trading standards and acts as an expert witness in cases concerning harmful skin products. Her work in the 1980s and 1990s led to hydroquinone being banned in over-the-counter preparations in the European Union.
